PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductivity high frequency acceleration cavity which makes it possible to improve the mechanical hardness of the high frequency acceleration cavity markedly, while retaining superconductivity characteristics. SOLUTION: The superconductivity high frequency acceleration cavity is composed of a body 11 comprising Ni, a 1st layer 12 of the inside of the body comprising NiO and a 2nd layer 13 of the inner side of the 1st layer 12 comprising Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox.
