<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic integrating flowmeter eliminating an integration error due to an unevenness and obviating the waste of power consumption, by deciding whether a flow rate calculation is to be conducted or not by considering the output of a flow sensor which is generated, when a flow rate is '0', and omitting the calculation when the rate is '0'. SOLUTION: A flow sensor 10 provided at a fluid supply passage is intermittently driven at every prescribed time to output a signal, in response to a flowing speed of a fluid. An arithmetic means 20-2 calculates a passing flow rate, based on the output of the sensor fetched by a measuring means 20-1, and integrates the calculated passing flow rate to obtain an integrated flow rate. The measuring means decides a prescribed width with a value corresponding to a mean value of the outputs of the sensor, when the passing flow rate is '0' as the center, as an dead zone and hence eliminates calculation of the passing flow rate by the arithmetic means, when the captured output of the sensor falls within the range of the dead zone.</p> |
