PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a case member resulting from the existence of a slit-shaped opening part in a scanner head having a structure in which a wiring board is extracted to the outside of the case member through the slit-shaped opening part. SOLUTION: This scanner head is provided with the case member 300b having a 1st sidewall 300f and a 2nd sidewall 300y, an electrical circuit board 105 arranged inside the member 300b, a terminal board 309 including a terminal for being connected to a body device and arranged outside the wall 300f, a wiring part 305 for connecting the boards 105 and 309 through the slit-shaped opening part 300c provided on the wall 300f and a shield plate 102, and connects the wall 300f and the wall 300y with the shield plate 102.
