摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Tatami core material suitable for, particularly, a thin Tatami, having superior mechanical properties including compression strength, bending strength, creeping resistance, resiliency, hardly causing warping and settling, having improved dimensional stability and lighter weight and using a composite foam giving almost no ill effect on human bodies and the environment. SOLUTION: The Tatami core material formed of the polyolefinic resin composite foam, having a bending elastic modulus of 0.5-5.0 Gpa, comprises a polyolefinic resin sheet 5 having a tensile elastic modulus 5 Gpa or more in at least ten-time unidirectional drawing and a thickness of 100-2,000μm, laminated on at least one face of a polyolefinic resin foam sheet 1 having an average value of 1.1-4.0 for the aspect ratio (Dz/Dxy) of cells 3 existing therein, an expansion ratio of 3-28 and a thickness of 4-20 mm.
