PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the collapse of rice plant is provided to protect the rice plant from a typhoon, heavy rain and wind to the utmost, and to support the heavy weight of the rice plant due to the ears of rice. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for preventing the collapse of rice plant is comprised of a net(1), a pole(2) fixed on the ground, and a tension adjustor(4) attached to the pole to provide a desired tension force to the lines connected to the corners of the net. The mesh of the net is formed so that the rice plant is able to be fitted per mesh in order to be supported by the net. The pole is provided with a groove(3) for holding the line connected to the corner of the net. Several grooves with different heights are formed so that it is possible to change the installation height of the net according to the growing of the rice plant. |
