PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress resonance with a vibrator by facilitating the adjustment of natural period of a vibration system. SOLUTION: A rectangular block-shaped foundation 4 is constructed on the heads of piles 2 driven in a ground 1. Supports 5 are erected in four corners of the foundation 4. Weights 8 formed by stacking a plurality of weight plates 8a are attached to the supports in such states as adjusting their positions vertically. The vibrator 3 installed on the foundation 4 is operated and, in a case where the vibrator 3 and the foundation 4 side are resonated, the attachment heights of the weights 8 to the supports 5 are changed.
