PURPOSE: Provided is an electric precipitation-filter of an air clarifier, which is light and can magnify the area of the precipitation and can improve the collecting efficiency of dust. CONSTITUTION: The electric precipitation-filter of the air clarifier comprises: an electrolytic dissociation part comprising discharge corresponding electrode plates and discharge wire; a collecting part formed by laminating or winding collecting electrode plates, wherein the collecting electrode plate is produced by coating a metal plate(11) with an insulating resin(10) and forming a thin film(12) of a conductive metal on both or one side of the insulating resin by a plasma vacuum deposition.
