PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface processing method (resin coating method) of easily improving a rare earth permanent magnet in corrosion resistance and a rare earth permanent magnet improved in corrosion-resistance by the above method. SOLUTION: A polymer solution obtained by polymerization of Isobutyl polymethacrylate and n-butyl polymethacrylate is diluted with a solvent to obtain a certain solution, and a rare earth permanent magnet is dipped into the solution, then dried out, and heated at a temperature of 50 to 300 deg.C for curing the polymer film formed on its surface. |
