PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing means which mediates information regarding a leased article gathered from a leaser candidate and a leasee candidate through a communication network. SOLUTION: This is an information processor which mediates lease information to support lease contract conclusion and comprises a lease information database which stores information regarding leaser candidates who have articles for lease and wish to lease them and information regarding the articles for lease, a rent information database which stores information regarding leasee candidate who desire to rent articles for lease and information regarding the articles, for lease and an information communication means which allow the leaser candidates and leasee candidates to send and receive data to each other, a lease information retrieving means which allows a leaser candidate to retrieve information regarding articles for lease from the rent information database, a lease information retrieving means which allows a leasee candidate to retrieve information regarding articles for lease from the lease information data base, and a key information issuing means which allows are leaser candidate to access the rent information database and the leasee candidate to access the lease information database. |
