PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new clearance managing system which requires neither trouble nor cost. SOLUTION: This is a system which manages clearance and has a central processor 1; and this central processor 1 has an output means, an input means which can input identification information on a customer, identification information on the account of a provision destination of an article (or service) and/or information regarding the amount of the article (or service) that the customer orders or (uses), and a control means which generates information regarding the billing of the article (or service) according to the information inputted by the input means, output the generated information by an output means of the central processor 1, and outputs the identification information on the provision destination of the article (or service) to the output means of the central processor 1 when the information regarding the billing is inputted by the input means of the central processor 1. |
