PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize shaft length reduction and miniaturization by performing two-shaft concentric arrangement of two motors of an inner rotor type and an outer rotor type. SOLUTION: In this two-shaft concentric motor, a first rotor (24) and a second rotor (13) can rotate mutually independently between a first stator (22) and a second stator (12) which are arranged concentrically, and the total shaft length is reduced.
