PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer system with high efficiency which reduces the cost for the development and manufacture of a data storage device and eliminates the need for a line for transmitting stored data between the data storage device and a center. SOLUTION: One of data storage devices 211 to 21n and a data transfer interchange device 25 are coupled together and electronic information (Data-1 to Data-n) stored in a data storage part in the data storage device is transmitted to the data repeating device 25. The data transfer interchange device 25 repeats the transmission as many times as the data storage devices and electronic information after being received from all the data storage devices 211 to 21n is all transferred to a center together at a time through a public network.
