PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house an information processor in a cabinet, etc., in the mode that heat is surely radiated and maintenance is easily carried out. SOLUTION: A pair of side plates 11 is provided in the inside of the cabinet 10 and rails 12 are attached to the side plates 11 at an angle with respect to a horizontal plane. Chassis 20 packaged with parts to compose the information processor are mounted while inclining to the horizontal plane by the rails 12. Ventilation is performed by fans 13 and 14, and the heat radiation is promoted by the air flow as shown in A, B, C and D.
