PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize alignment of a bolt passing hole in the part side and a fitting hole in the panel side on the occasion of rotating a part (connector block) using a clip as an axle. SOLUTION: In a part fitting structure, the connector block is fixed at the time of fixing the connector block 11 on a panel to the panel by tightening the panel and connector block with a bolt 7 provided through both holes 15, 6, by defining the points A, B isolated on the connector block as the fixed points, inserting the clip 13 projected at one fixed point A into an engagement hole 4 formed to the panel, engaging these clip and hole, and then aligning the hole passing hole 15 provided to the other fixed point B and a fitting hole 6 formed to the panel. The connector block 11 is also provided with a contact portion 18 which abuts, when the clip 13 is inserted into an engagement hole 4 of the panel and is then engaged therewith to rotate the connector block using the clip as the axle, a stopper 20 on the panel to align the bolt passing hole 15 and the fitting hole 6 in the panel side.
