PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multimedia conference service providing system of a telephone using type which is established by linking a voice conference and a data oriented conference and performed by automating also the schedule management of the conference. SOLUTION: Equipment on the side of a network managing consists of a conference reception processing part for performing opening and deletion of a conference room and a conference reserving reception, a voice conference server part for sound-multiplexing a voice signal sent from each telephone terminal and sending it back to each user terminal, a data oriented conference server part, a database part, a charging processing part and a system integrating part for integrating and controlling these.
