PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and surely correct an offset component without depending on a complicated circuit configuration. SOLUTION: First, a switch 13 is turned to the side of GND, an A/D converter and a D/A converter are operated in the non-input state of the A/D converter 11, and a first D/A output (Vda+Vda) at that time is fed back to a substrater 10 and subtracted from an offset voltage (Vofs). Next, the switch is turned to the output side of the substracter 10, this time, A/D and D/A conversions are performed concerning (Vofs-(Vad+Vda)) and a second D/A output at that time is fed back to the subtracter 10.
