PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with every environment in passage of time, that can be normally thought by making a comprehensive judgement by obtaining multi- dimensional information. SOLUTION: In the method, a multiple number of information consisting of operating time of a developing device, toner concentration, quantity of toner consumption, quantity of replenished toner, residual quantity of replenishing toner, reflective density ratio by an optical sensor for a pattern for detection, temperature in periphery of developer and history information of at least one of the history information of these are inputted, developing capacity of the developing device is comprehensively inferred, and at least one of a latent image forming condition, a toner replenishing condition, an electrification applying member for developer and a developing bias condition is selectively controlled based on the inferred result. |
