The self-locking rotating gate has a central rotational spindle (4) from which radial panels (5,6,21,22) extend. These panels delimit open and closed compartments which can rotate close to two flanges (11,12) which define entry and exit passages from a zone A to a zone B. Manually activated rotational locking elements (20) selectively control the locking and unlocking of the door rotation in order to prevent and authorize the passage from zone A to zone B.
