PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure diagnostic device capable of improving the segmenting precision of a defective site even when circuit scale is enlarged. SOLUTION: A timing error detecting means 4 detects the timing error of a control signal outputted from a functional control means 2 to an object 3 to be controlled, and outputs it to a control diagnosing means 1. The control diagnostic means 1 operates failure diagnosis based on the timing error from the timing error detecting means 4 and the error information of a ready/busy signal or a data pattern signal from the object or the control circuit. |
