PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a locking member gives inserted load and detection of completion of locking cannot be securely performed when a case where a disk, etc., slides is inserted in a casing and locked. SOLUTION: A locking member 11 moves to an unlocking direction, and is held by a holding member 14 until a case M is inserted. When the case M is inserted and the holding member 14 is pushed by the case M, regulation of the locking member 11 by the holding member 14 is canceled, and the locking member 11 moves in the locking direction, and the case M is locked by the locking member 11. Because the locking member 11 is held to the unlocking direction, the loading when inserting the case M is small. Besides, when the locking member 11 moves in the locking direction, a switch 19 operates and output of the completion of locking is obtained.
