摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine, capable of halving the fuel cost thereof, eliminating the exhaustion of pollutants including CO2, and supplying heat, electricity, and cold heat so as to urgently prevent global warming, reduce electric power fee charge, and reduce environmental pollution due to cars. SOLUTION: Heat exchange is conducted to the utmost by a combustor and heat exchanger of a steam and gas combination turbine, engine and the total heating amount of fuel approximately four times that of prior art is converted into the extremely superheated steam in a high pressure atmosphere with the same compressed air volume to a theoretical air/fuel ratio to near the calculated combustion gas exhaust temperature to -273 deg.C. Specific power is increased by condensed water, dry ice, or liquid nitrogen with a gravitational power which markedly increased by increasing a unit volume mass 1,700 to 1,000 times, and an evaporated film is formed in a space thereof from a heated turbine blade annularly cast for each stage to allow assured and easy heating to markedly reduce a heat amount consuming frictional loss, so as to eliminate waste of a reheating steam turbine. Thus, the heat efficiency of the steam and gas combination turbines can be increased to approximate 80%, the structure thereof can be simplified, and specific power can be increased significantly.</p>
