SOLUTION: This bath cap for long hairs is characterized as providing a stretchable member which becomes a fixing means in the lower opening of a cylindrical body composed of water-repelling and air-permeable fiber, sheet, etc., and attaching two binding strings tightening from both sides to the upper opening of the cylindrical body.
