The homogenizing device has a light source with a structured light density distribution, together with a superimposed scatter disc. The arrangement includes a section of a light wave conducting fibre bundle (1) which is provided as a scatter disc. The fibre optic bundle consists of a layered step or gradient of individual fibres.
