The collapsible hoistable holder has an outer cover(1) of flexible material and provided with braces(3) in the longitudinal direction. A band(4) passing under the base is fastened to a metal ring(2). On the inner side of the cover there are flexible looped bands for the fastening or holding of tools, equipment and other assembly parts. On the metal ring a longer support loop(5) on the metal ring is fastened in the middle to a loop(6) for a carabine, and especially a HMS carabine.
