<p>This invention relates to a device to be used for tending straps and also to be used as a whistle. More particularly, this invention relates to a device (11) for tending straps with a whistle (16) integrated within the device (11) where both the whistling and strap-tending functions are independent. While whistles may be included as individual pieces of gear, they are often not available when desired. This invention facilitates the inclusion of a whistle (16) by combining it with items (11) designed to tend the straps on gear that is more commonly carried.</p> |
