A method of manufacturing a laminated body, a capacitor, and an electronic part, comprising the steps of laminating a resin film (12) and metallic films (11a, 11b) alternately each other so that the metallic films (11a, 11b) are formed behind the peripheral end of the resin film (12), forming through-holes (13a, 13b) passing in laminating direction, filling conductive materials (14a, 14b) into the through-holes, and connecting the conductive materials (14a, 14b) electrically to the metallic films (11a, 11b), whereby, because the metallic films are not exposed to the outer periphery of the resin film, the metallic films become difficult to be corroded, and the cutting of the metallic films in a production process can be avoided.
