The device for squeezing out a tea bag is made in one piece and consists of two panels (11, 12) linked by a curved section (13) at the top which acts as a spring. One of the panels has an L-shaped slit (16, 20) which extends to its center and almost up to the curved section. The string of the tea bag is threaded through this and holds the bag in position while it is squeezed.
