<p>A switch device includes a first case (1) having accommodating portions (1b,1c) for accommodating stationary contacts therein, a cover member having a window hole and engaging the first case, an operating lever which is capable of operating the movable contact as a result of inserting the operating lever (4) into the window hole of the cover member (2), and a second case (3). The movable contact (7) comes into contact with and separates from the stationary contacts. At an outside of the second case are provided a snappingly engaging hook (3d) and stationary terminals (5,6) led out from the corresponding stationary contacts. In the inside of the second case are accommodated the first case and the cover member are formed of resins having arc resistance. In addition, the second case is formed of a thermoplastic resin which is more flexible than the first case. Further, the stationary terminals are press-fitted and secured to the second case through receiving holes which are provided in an inside bottom portion of the first case. The invention provides a switch device which has a seesaw-type power-supply switch structure, which provides satisfactory arc resistance, which can have its snappingly engaging hook integrally formed with the second case, which can have its stationary terminal press-fitted and secured to the second case, and which be easily assembled. <IMAGE></p> |
