Sliding valve

The slide valve has a fixed plate (5) with a passage (5A) opening on one side to form a seating (2). A second plate also has a passage and rotates with respect to the seating between a first open position to allow liquid flow and a closed position preventing flow. A control knob (7) is attached to the movable plate. One of the fixed and movable plates is of a flexible material. One plate can be of rubber and the other of hard plastic.
