PURPOSE: A system for circulating and auctioning agricultural products and stock breeding products and a method for controlling thereof are provided to supply cheap and high-quality commodities by an auction providing a transaction between a seller and a buyer in real time through the internet. CONSTITUTION: A voice processing system(31) converts data being inputted through a telephone and outputs the data. A wireless data receiver(32) receives wireless data being inputted through a wireless internet network and outputs the data. A data storage(33) stores all sorts of data being inputted from the voice processing system(31), a seller(10), and a buyer(20). An image data storage(34) stores image data being inputted from the wireless data receiver(32). A data searching unit(35) reads data stored in the data storage(33) and the image data storage(34) in accordance with a control signal and searches the corresponding data and outputs the data. A card certifying/paying unit(36) receives card data from the buyer(20) and performs a certification and payment thereof. A user identifying unit(37) decides as to a registered member or not through user information stored in the data storage(33) in accordance with a control signal. A message outputting unit(38) outputs a message in accordance with a deciding result of the user identifying unit(37) and the card certifying/paying unit(36). A controller(39) controls a general operating process of the system.
