PURPOSE: A rear wheel suspension system of a vehicle is provided to improve riding comfort by absorbing impact input to a vehicle body with disposing a buffing member to a sub-frame, enlarge the room with reducing the occupied space, and secure drivability and stability in turning. CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel suspension system of a vehicle comprises a wheel support(2) of supporting a wheel to turn the wheel; an upper control arm(3) of connecting the upper end of the wheel support with a vehicle body; a lower control arm(4) of connecting the lower side of the wheel support with the vehicle body; a trailing arm(7) of connecting the front side of the wheel support with the vehicle body; and two buffing members(5), comprised of an assembly of shock absorbers and springs, disposed between a sub-frame(8) and the lower control arm in the front and rear side of a driving shaft. Thereby, impact input to the vehicle body is absorbed and ride is improved.
