PURPOSE: A ferrite core fixing structure for fly back transformer is provided, in which holder member form preventing the lower ferrite core from being deflected downward is coupled to an outer case of the fly back transformer, to thereby obtain a constant inductance value for fly back transformer. CONSTITUTION: A ferrite core fixing structure comprises a low voltage bobbin(21) coupled to a high voltage bobbin; an upper ferrite core(22') and a lower ferrite core(22) inserted into the low voltage bobbin; and a holder member(24) having both ends fixed to a fly back transformer case(23) and a central portion surface-contacting the bottom surface of the ferrite core so as to provide a predetermined elastic force for supporting and preventing the lower ferrite core from being deflected downward. The holder member is formed into a parabolic shape to have a predetermined elastic force.
