PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a microporous film and a laminate excellent in thin-wall film-forming property and productivity and having excellent flexibility, strength, air permeability and deodorizing property. SOLUTION: The microporous film of this invention is obtained by uniaxially or biaxially stretching a film obtained by compounding 100 pts.wt. resin composition composed of 20-40 wt.% linear low-density polyethylene having 0.910-0.930 g/cm3 density and polymerized by using a catalyst having a single active point of polymerization, 5-10 wt.% linear low-density polyethylene having >0.930 to 0.950 g/cm3 density and 2-15 wt.% low-density polyethylene and 40-65 wt.% inorganic filler with 0.5-10 pts.wt. organic deodorizer.
