PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative form made of paper usable as measures against industrial waste, having excellent utility and reproducibility of a design at a low cost while holding a rugged pattern on a front surface of the form without bringing about a warpage or the like at its end. SOLUTION: The decorative form 1 made of the paper comprises the rugged pattern formed on its surface. The form 1 also comprises a coating film formed on the front surface of the form 1 and constituted of substantially a non-water soluble starch biodegradable resin.
