PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for bayonet rod holes and to allow the use of straps of any kinds and any widths. SOLUTION: The buckle metal is formed by mounting a ring body to a buckle ring so as to be made freely slidable in a direction where the strap is passed to this buckle ring. The buckle metal is formed by disposing the plural buckle rings in juxtaposition and mounting the ring body to at least one thereof so as to be freely slidable in the direction where the strap is passed thereto. The buckle is formed by mounting the strap to these buckle rings.
