PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety tire providing stable traveling even when the tire is in a damaged state without sacrificing rolling resistance and comfortableness during normal traveling before the tire damage. SOLUTION: In this safety tire, foam with closed cells dispersed in a continuous phase comprising a high polymer body is arranged inside a hollow doughnut shaped tire. Internal pressure of the integrated cells of the foam is 200 kPa or more at 25 deg.C, and a high polymer body having a softening point at 80 to 180 deg.C is used as the high polymer body comprising the continuous phase.
