PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink supplying device capable of replacing a doctor blade for scraping an excess ink in a short time. SOLUTION: A holder support base 30 is fixed to a movable base 15 displaceable toward a stand-by position separate from a scraping position approaching an outer periphery of a form roller 13. A blade holder 50 for replaceably supporting the doctor blade 14 is detachably mounted on the base 30. In the case of replacing the blade 14 in a printer, the holder 50 is replaced with a blade holder 50 to be replaced and previously prepared out of the printer to shorten a time required to replace the blade 14.
