PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dump truck with a dump lever capable firmly tilting a dump in safety in a state that a braking pedal is stepped by a right foot regardless of a MT-type vehicle and an AT-type vehicle, and free from the mis-operation of an auxiliary accelerator when the dump level is located at a 'down' position or a 'neutral' position. SOLUTION: In this dump truck with the dump lever for adjusting a tilting angle of the dump, the dump lever comprises a rotatable lever member, a rotatable gripping member, a long member mounted along a lower part of the lever member and tensed by the rotation of the gripping member to give an opening signal, a roller supporting the long member, a latch member slidably engaged with a groove part of the lever member, and an elastic body for backwardly energizing the latch member.
