PURPOSE: A method for transmitting messages in a wireless terminal is provided not only to remarkably reduce character message transmission rates but also to selectively insert various images as a wireless terminal subscriber selectively inserts an advertising image in a character message when the subscriber transmits it. CONSTITUTION: An information provider makes a contract with a communication office in order to apply a new rate in the case of inserting more than an advertising image in a character message(S1). A subscriber accesses a site the communication office or the information providers manages though the Internet(S2). The subscriber selects whether the subscriber will download an advertising image(S3). In case that the subscriber downloads an advertising image, the new rate is applied to the subscriber and the selected advertising image is inserted in the front or back of his message before the message is transmitted(S4). After adjusting the fares for the subscriber's character message transmission, the communication office charges the information provider for the payment. The information provider pays for the requested price(S5). |
