PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing an information transaction using question and answer site are provided to promote an information transaction and an electronic commerce. CONSTITUTION: A web server(19) is connected to Internet(11) through a hub(15), a fire wall(14), a router(13) and a high speed transmission apparatus(12). A console(16) performs a system monitoring and a function control. A file server(17) permits a question and answer information to be stored therein. A member DB(18) stores a personal information of a member. A payment system(20) receives a money for transaction and pays the money. The web server(19) is connected to the console(16), the file server(17), the member DB(18) and the payment system(20). A plurality of user computers(10) for providing questions and answers are connected to Internet(11) by various communication networks. The questions are for collecting information and the answers are for providing information.
