<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high temperature acidic gas fixing molded object arranged in the flue or secondary combustion chamber of exhaust gas of an incinerator or the like to remove acidic gas from the exhaust gas, enhanced in air permeability to efficiently remove the acidic gas throughout the molded object, capable of being reduced in its filling quantity and capable of reducing the re-synthesis of dioxins, and method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: As the high temperature acidic gas fixing molded object, a molded object manufacturing by adding a curing agent and a curing reactant to a main raw material comprising particles of an inorganic alkaline material is used. As the curing agent, a silicon powder is used and, as the curing reactant, sodium silicate is used. This high temperature acidic gas fixing molded object is arranged in the flue or secondary combustion chamber of the incinerator especially under a temperature condition of 500 deg.C or higher easy to generate the re-synthesis of dioxins reduce the re-synthesis of dioxins.</p> |
