PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fasten a fastening fixture such as a screw after a ceiling accessory component is positioned on a car body panel, in mounting a roof trim by modulating the ceiling accessory component to the car body panel. SOLUTION: The roof trim 2 is held by a first bracket 20 and a second bracket 30 of a sun visor 3 of the ceiling accessory component, the screw 16 is inserted into a first mounting hole of the first bracket 20 and a through-hole 15 at a roof trim 2 side, and then fastened and temporarily fixed to a second mounting hole 32 of the second bracket 30 to modulate the roof trim 2, and further the screw is inserted in a state of a positioning movable piece 40 tiltably mounted on the second bracket 20 properly tilted and fitted to the piercing direction of a positioning hole 17 formed on the car body panel 2, whereby the sun visor 3 is positioned and mounted on the car body panel 1.
