PURPOSE: The subject instant food obtained by mixing hot cake, vegetables and frank sausage with various sauces without using cooking oil or oil is provided, which is suitable for a nutritious snack between meals. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of four eggs, 1,000ml milk and 1kg hot cake powder is kneaded. A dressing(f) is prepared by mixing 80% by weight of mayonnaise, 10% by weight of peanut butter, 5% by weight of onion and 5% by weight of apple juice. A mixture of 85% by weight of cabbage, 10% by weight of onion and 5% by weight of carrot is agitated, added with 5% by weight of heated corn and mixed with the dressing to produce salad(b). The obtained paste is heated to produce pan cake(a), which is mixed with heated frank sausage(c) and salad and rolled to produce the instant food.
