PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag making device which simply feeds two pieces of film almost without their meandering behavior. SOLUTION: This bag making device which manufactures bags by sealing a film comprises a pair of feedstock support 32 which support paired feedstocks F of a film strip F1 wound in a roll form at parallel positions and in a freely rotatable manner, a guide 31 which is located between the pieces of the film F1 drawn out of the paired feedstocks F and guides the film F1 running in a sliding manner, a feed roller 36 which feeds the film F1 by nipping under pressure both side edges or the parts near the former of the pieces of the film F1 overhanging in the width direction from the guide 31, a longitudinal sealing device 35 which seals both side edges or the parts near the former of the pieces of the film F1 during its running and transverse sealing devices 40A, 40B which seal the film F1 in the width direction when the film F1 intermittently runs and stops. |
