RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for resolving a scorching phenomenon generated when a polyurethane foam is produced by polycondensation reaction of a polyol solution containing molasses in the presence of water. SOLUTION: The production method for a rigid polyurethane foam comprises reacting polyisocyanate with the polyol solution containing (1) molasses and/or a glycoconjugate and (2) a lignin compound through polycondensation reaction in the presence of water, and featuring that content of the lignin is 2-40% based on the whole polyurethane foam.
