PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink cartridge capable of homogeneously dispersing pigment particles by agitating an ink liquid in the inside. SOLUTION: In an ink cartridge 1, an ink liquid impregnation porous supporting member filling the inside of an ink storage chamber comprises (1) a rotatable supporting member 22, and (2) a fixed supporting member 21 surrounding the periphery of the rotatable supporting member 22, wherein at least one end part 23a of the rotation axis of the rotatable supporting member is projected outside the housing of the ink cartridge in the state capable of transmitting the motive power. |
