PURPOSE: A web based information supply method for phone connection and a device the same are provided to obtain several information easily through a phone connection as well as through an internet connection by accessing a user through a phone line or a data line. CONSTITUTION: A web server(11) which is connected with a user through a phone line or a data line transmits information searched in internet to the user. A database(12) records and manages the information. A phone line connection unit(13) connects the web server(11) with the phone line. A data line connection unit(14) connects the web server(11) with the data line.
