PURPOSE: A method of an electronic payment on Internet is provided to prevent a leak of a credit card user's personal information and ensure a safe payment in all web sites. CONSTITUTION: An account is opened and a cyber debit card is issued between an Internet user and a cyber bank. A product is purchased and a payment is carried out between the Internet user and a web store. The web store finally receives money by charging a credit card company the money. The credit card company draws out the money which is requested by the web store from the Internet user's account of the cyber bank, and pays the money to the web store. The cyber bank functions as an agent for the payment, so that the cyber bank can receive a predetermined amount of commission from the Internet user or the web store. The Internet user should open his/her own account in the cyber bank on Internet. The cyber bank may be an Internet banking service of an existing bank or a newly made Internet bank.
