PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the disadvantage of an index to be folded in two that it is hard to stick in a state of being arranged properly and finely when it is folded in two and stuck to ground paper, since the whole surface thereof is coated with an adhesive. SOLUTION: The adhesive is applied only to the portion of the index that is stuck to the ground paper. In another way, a paper tape is stuck or coating is applied to a part other than the part to be stuck to the ground paper, so as to eliminate the effect of adhesion.
