PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely perform routine data input/output between different languages by outputting data, which are described in a data storage part by a common code, in the desired language through a language translating device having the translation table of one-to-one correspondence to languages more than two at least. SOLUTION: A user 4e selects a language to be used for a terminal and a language to be outputted. In this case, the user 4e selects Japanese as an input language and selects Chinese as an output language and the language is inputted to the terminal to use it. The terminal 3 receives the input and raises respective language flags. In this case, Japanese is raised as an input flag and Chinese is raised as an output flag. The user 4e inputs data to the terminal 3. The inputted data are translated into common code by a language translating device 2 and preserved in the prescribed area of a data storage part 1. Besides, Chinese data are transferred from the language translating device 2 to the terminal 3 corresponding to the output flag and outputted by a printer or the like while using Chinese data. |
